A Naming Ceremony is an opportunity to bring family and friends together to celebrate the apple of your eye. 
SLR will tailor your event to your requirements. If you feel that your child would feel more relaxed in their own surroundings, your own garden would be a great place to hold the ceremony. You could also try the beach, or have a picnic at your favourite spot at the park. The choice is yours, there are lots of options to choose from.

This is also a lovely way of introducing stepchildren into a newly blended family or welcoming long term foster or adoptive children into the fold too.

Naming Ceremonies are suitable for all ages and are a perfect alternative for a non-religious welcome to a new addition. I am also happy to lead prayers if religious content is required, or if you would prefer, a friend or family member could also step in. Prayer is not confined to a Church, your ceremony can be held wherever you'd like, with the required permission.
