All ceremonies offer free of charge.

A face-to-face or Zoom meeting of up to an hour, dependant on distance and preference. During the 24 hours after this meeting, your potential event date will be held.

After this time, a non-refundable booking fee will be taken to secure your Ceremony date and our journey together begins. 

To help ease any concerns, telephone and email support will be provided throughout the planning process.

Your bespoke event creation. 

Please ensure that the day planning and running order, agreed once the booking has been made, is adhered to.  I cannot take any responsibility for any changes made by the venue which will affect this.  

An event rehearsal, if required, can be provided. Depending on distance and preference.

Travel is included up to 30 miles from Cardiff. Please see additional travel fees which apply if over 30 miles. 

My delivery of your beautiful Ceremony.

I will be yours and yours only on your special day, you will be my only focus.

You will have my knowledge, professionalism and expertise throughout.

You will have a copy of your Ceremony Script on the day, which can also be signed as part of your Ceremony if you desire. 

A choice of Unity Ceremony is included with your main Ceremony package. Keepsake costs are not included in the price. Please see Additional Fees for Keepsake cost for Unity Ceremonies.

Booking Fee and Payment

I will require a booking fee of anywhere between £25.00 and £200.00 depending on the Ceremony package chosen, to secure your date and begin creating your bespoke Ceremony.

I will require half of the Ceremony costs 6 months prior to the Ceremony date and the final payment 8 weeks prior to the Ceremony date. If the ceremony is an elopement or a short notice event (to take place within 8 weeks of booking) then the full payment will be required instead of a booking fee.

Additional Fees                                                                                                 

Travel costs that exceed 30 miles from Cardiff will be charged at £1.00 per mile.

Accommodation for an event over 80 miles from Cardiff will be required and charged at 'cost'.

Any Unity Ceremonies chosen in addition to your gifted Ceremonial Unity will be charged at £50.00 each.

Any Keepsakes from the Unity Ceremonies will be charged at 'cost' and agreed.
