Roses tend to play a big part in weddings but you can use your favourite flowers or foliage to incorporate into your ceremony by simply exchanging a single stem of your choice to symbolise your first gift to each other after marriage. 

Maybe place your two flowers in a vase for your guests to see as they congratulate you becoming a newly spliced couple. 

Or why not go all out and get everyone in on the act? Your ushers and bridesmaids can hand out beautiful flowers to each of your wedding guests as they arrive to be seated for this lovely ceremony. Each of the flowers can then either be arranged into a beautiful bouquet ready to be handed to the bride as she walks down the aisle or they could just be placed in a vase whilst I join your hands in marriage and share your love story with your guests. The flowers can then be made into a lovely arrangement as a keepsake for after the wedding.
